Readings come from USGS monitoring location 04278000, LAKE GEORGE AT ROGERS ROCK NY, 15.5 miles from the center of Lake George. It reports reservoir elevation. Values refresh every 30 minutes and are provisional until the agency reviews them. Readings describe the reservoir at the gauge; a shallow arm miles upstream will not match them.
Fish Club protects exact catch locations by default. Records show the waterbody — never an angler's GPS pin.
Anglers must hold a valid fishing license for the state they're fishing. Always follow your local fishing rules and regulations. Handle fish with speed and care: wet hands, minimal air time, quick release.
