Why a person reviews your fish

Every catch that competes on Fish Club goes to the review desk, and a person opens the photo. They check what a ruler checks: the whole fish on a board or tape, the nose at the zero mark, the length readable, no edits and no filters. They confirm the water you named. If you shared your location, or your photo carried one, the distance to that water sits beside the photo as a signal. Then the fish is verified, or it comes back with a reason.

It takes longer than a tap. It is also the only reason a board is worth reading. A leaderboard is a list of claims, and a claim nobody checked is a story. When every fish above you was seen by a person, the crown you take is real, and so is the one you lose.

Pro does not skip the desk. Priority verification moves a catch up the queue; it never moves a catch up the board. Records are always earned by fish.

Why we never publish your spot

A record on Fish Club names the water and nothing smaller. Strawberry Reservoir, never a pin. That holds on every board, every catch card, every water page and every profile, and it holds on the map, where a gold pin marks a water with a record, not the place you cast.

There is no import button, and you do not need one. Log a past catch with its real date and it goes on your profile with that date. If the photo carries the day it was taken, the catch form fills the date in for you. Your record book starts where your fishing did.
