Fish Club Shopping Spree: Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Fish Club Shopping Spree sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is sponsored and administered by Fish Club LLC ("Sponsor"), reachable at support@fishclub.com. Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's are not sponsors of this Promotion, do not endorse it, and are not affiliated with Fish Club. Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, this Promotion in any manner. The same is true of Google. All trademarks belong to their owners.

2. Entry period

The Promotion begins August 18, 2026 and ends December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries recorded after the Entry Period closes are not included in the drawing.

3. Eligibility

The prize is open to legal residents of the State of Utah who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Fish Club membership is open to everyone, and any member may hold entries; eligibility to receive the prize is verified before the prize is awarded. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible to win. Each person may win no more than one Fish Club giveaway prize per calendar year.

4. How to enter

Entries are earned automatically through free activity on fishclub.com and the Fish Club apps. All entries are free:

• Creating a Fish Club account and claiming an angler name: 1 entry. Members who created their account before the Entry Period began were entered automatically.
• Joining through a friend's invite link: 2 additional entries.
• Your first catch verified by Fish Club HQ during membership: 10 entries.
• Each additional verified catch: 2 entries, up to 20 additional catches.
• Each friend who creates an account through your invite link and claims an angler name: 5 entries, up to 25 friends. The referral must be attributed at the time your friend joins.

Catch verification follows Fish Club's standard review (photo and location evidence, reviewed by a human). Catches rejected in review earn no entries. There is no mail-in entry method because every entry method above is free and available to everyone.

5. Prize

One (1) winner receives a $300 Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's digital gift card, delivered as a code by email. Approximate retail value: $300. The gift card is subject to the issuer's own terms. No cash substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion, in which case the substitute has equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for any taxes that may apply.

6. Winner selection and notification

Within seven days after the Entry Period ends, Sponsor conducts one random drawing across all entries. Each entry is one chance; odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. The provisional winner is notified by email at the address on their account and by in-app notice, and must respond within seven days and complete eligibility verification (including Utah residency and age). If the provisional winner does not respond, is ineligible, or earned entries through prohibited conduct, an alternate is drawn the same way. The winner's angler name may be announced on fishclub.com; by accepting the prize the winner consents to that announcement.

7. Prohibited conduct

Entries earned through fake or duplicate accounts, self-referral, scripted or automated signups, purchased engagement, or falsified catches are void, and Sponsor may disqualify any person who earns entries that way. Sponsor's catch-review decisions are final for purposes of this Promotion.

8. General conditions

By entering you agree to these rules and to Sponsor's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud or a technical failure beyond Sponsor's control impairs its integrity, and may update these rules with notice on this page. This Promotion is governed by Utah law. It is separate from the Utah August Open and any other Fish Club competition, each of which has its own rules.
